Recently joined KFE following 26 year in the parcel logistics industry. Stuart brings vast experience within a service environment and his personal remit is to enhance our customer’s experience by ensuring that we have ‘Tailor Made’ solutions for all. Stuart’s priority for 2016 is to develop the new ‘service contract’ which will give customers 100% peace of mind 24/7 and to structure the department and our engineers in order that we can fully support such.
Joined in June 2014 as an administrator and now very much an integral part of the team. Deals with the day to day and advanced planning of our engineers to support our customers
Stuart is responsible for the control of our stock including the purchase and delivery of such. Liaises with our engineers and through our parts replenishment system ensures that their vans are fully stocked at all times. Also assists with supporting our customers and is a font of knowledge when it comes to parts and equipment
Nikki moved over to our service department in 2012 having previously worked in Accounts. Responsible for the invoicing linked to service, the planning of our engineers and also liaises with customers to support their everyday needs. An experienced member of the service team.
Warehouse control in the main however Rich will assist our engineers and will also install ductwork where required. Joined in 2012, Rich is our link with the engineers and customers for delivering and collecting parts in the UK.
A new addition to the service team and brings with her a wealth of experience from within a customer care based environment. Coordinates engineer visits and liaises with customers regarding servicing and maintenance.
Our team of 9 engineers are strategically located around the UK and between them have many years of experience. All are fully qualified to install and service our ranges and are available 24 hours and 7 days a week to ensure that our customers have absolute peace of mind.
