Due to several members of staff being contacted by NHS Test and Trace, our service department is working from home and therefore communication may be slower than expected.
We also have two engineers isolating which may affect response times, we ask you please bear with us during this time and we hope to resume service soon.
Following the lifting of restrictions around the country from today, we have taken a slightly different stance and feel it is best for the meantime to keep some of our protocols in place:
- All engineers and area sales managers will continue to wear face coverings when on site
- We will continue to supply hand sanitiser at the entrance to KFE and ask that it is used
- We will continue to ask for track and trace details for anyone attending the school or visiting the showroom
- We will continue with additional cleaning procedures and sanitisation
- Our team will continue to take regular covid lateral flow tests
We strongly believe this to be in the best interest of both our staff and customers’ safety at this time, having experienced first-hand this week the danger that is still out there.
As with every decision we make as a business, our customer and staff well-being is at the forefront.
