At KFE, we believe that our most valuable asset is our team. As we continue to grow and adapt in a fast-paced industry, it’s essential to prioritise the mental health and well-being of our staff and to create a healthier, more supportive workplace.
That’s why we have introduced the Thrive Mental Wellbeing app, a digital mental health platform available via The Burnt Chef Project.
Thrive puts a range of features and support at our staffs’ fingertips 24/7, all accessible via the app in complete confidentiality. These include tools such as cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and relaxation techniques aimed at helping manage stress and anxiety, through to one-to-one sessions with qualified therapists.
Nikki Williams, Sales Director at KFE, comments: “We want our team to prioritise their mental health and wellbeing, both in and out of the workplace. By investing in Thrive, our 30-strong staff can monitor their mental health and if they have any concerns access the necessary support before a minor issue becomes a major crisis.
“We believe that by investing in our team’s mental health, we are ultimately investing in the success of our business.”
