We have a tremendous amount of in house knowledge, expertise and experience within both the Sales and Service departments which we utilise with both the range design and specification as well as the site survey and project management. This is supported by our partners at QBTEC who are Europe’s largest frying range manufacturer with the most advanced levels of Research and Development.

We have established close working partnerships with odour control experts, PURIFIED AIR and ventilation solutions with LINDAB, enabling us to give you the best possible advice on your project.

Once you’ve purchased your range from KFE you can be assured that we will support you totally. Our service team is on standby to assist you with any query day or night. We cater for the unexpected but sometimes inevitable problem, however big or small, with our fully qualified team of nine experienced engineers. We offer an unrivalled level of service response supported by our strategically located nationwide engineers and in 2017 exclusive agreements are providing five additional sub contracted engineers.

Our office based team are available to offer advice, parts and coordinate all service calls and installations.

KFE pride ourselves in our aftersales service response. We are customer focused on delivering to you the level of aftersales service expected as part of the package with the Europe’s best frying equipment.


We strongly recommend that our customers take out our ‘Platinum Service Contract’ which provides absolute peace of mind and give you priority response times with added and specific benefits at a very affordable price. Success of the KFE annual Platinum service contract has evolved into the introduction of Platinum Plus+ in 2017 which offers the opportunity of parts and labour pan warranty for up to 10 years.
