'Great people, great laugh, fab venue.......KFE Dinner Dance was a roaring success!'

On Sunday 16th May 2010 at the Forest of Arden Hotel & Country Club KFE hosted their annual Dinner and Dance. It was a change to the venue and date, normally hosted in January in Peterborough the change was a welcome to all and the new location proved to be a great success with everyone already asking what's planned for next year!!

The day started with a golf competition in the morning on the prestigious Arden Championship Golf Course during which video coverage with highlights was taken, this will be available to view soon!

KFE were able to raise £190 during the Golf Tournament and an additional £380 during the evenings Casino events in the stunning marquee, we are pleased therefore to be able to give The Fisherman's Mission a cheque for £570 in connection celebrations of 150 years of Fish & Chips, thank you to all who contributed to this.

Above are a few pictures of the 'Sammy Davies Jnr' showing off his jazz moves during the Rat Pack's performance;  'Dean Martin', 'Frank Sinatra' and their dancers along with a 12 piece band also took to the stage during the amazing show. The marquee was dressed with tropical flowers on which turned out to be a summer May day, the sax player was a surprise to welcome the guests.
