We have vast experience and knowledge in all areas of the business as you will see by the personnel profiles.The longevity of staff within the company confirms its attitude towards professionalism.
Paul Williams – Managing Director
Has been in the Fish & Chip industry since 1978, initially operating his own takeaways and restaurants before setting up KFE Ltd in 1996. Still spends time in the field selling to independent sites but manages major accounts including Harry Ramsdens, Deep Blue Restaurants and Big Johns.

Sales Team
Bill Shaw – Sales Consultant
Bill is well known throughout the industry and was the major influence in the development of Dutch frying ranges into the UK fish & chip market. His expertise in marketing has helped develop many businesses.
Jake Massie - Sales Manager North
Has been with KFE since 2002 and has spent his whole life in the Fish & Chip trade operating shops throughout the Midlands and North. His vast experience helps give the customer best advice.
Office Team
Liz Benson – M.D.’s Secretary
Has been with the company since 1998, generally deals with office administration and the upkeep of all company filing systems outside of accounts.

Avril Williams – Sales and Marketing Co-ordinator
Joined the company in 2002 and has been involved in the Fish & Chip industry all her life. Deals with sales enquiries into the office and also the marketing of the Kiremko brand through magazines and exhibitions.

Rick Higson – Service Manager
Has been with KFE since 1996 when he joined as an installation/project manager. Rick has vast experience on projects of all sizes and has used that to help expand and develop the service department which he now manages.Janet Oates – senior service operator

Janet Oates - Service
Has been with KFE since 1997, co-ordinates the day to day planning of the service engineers, deals with transportation and parts and liaises with the factory in Holland.

Kim Reynolds – service operator
Joined the company in 2008 as support to Janet. Has brought unbridalled enthusiasm and ‘buzz’ to the company.

Simon Parsonson – Assistant Project Manager
Has worked with KFE since 2007, is responsible for site surveys and the project management of installations. Has vast experience and respect within the industry.

Diane Smithdale – Financial Controller
Joined KFE in 1999, deals with all aspects of the company’s financial matters and implementation of new systems.

Nikki Binns – Finance Assistant
Joined K.F.E. in 2007 as assistant to Diane. Her expertise in computer systems has been vital in the installation of our new company database.

Tanya Williams – Service & Accounts
Tanya joined the family business in December 2008 working in both Accounts and Service. Having previously worked in the family Fish & Chip shops in Market Deeping from an early age, she has a good understanding of the industry.
